Hi! My name is Makenna Flores and I am a passionate Public Relations professional with a specialization in social media, as well as a well-rounded journalism portfolio. .

I have recently graduated with my BSJ from Bowling Green State University. During my time there, I have gained experience in journalism, public relations, advertising, and social media marketing and management.

I am currently the Marketing Coordinator for the Harris-Elmore and Genoa Branch Libraries, as well as a Freelance Public Relations Specialist for Susie's Coats for Kids and Hannah's Socks, inc. and Public Relations/Marketing Support for Christy's Corner Cafe.

I have interned at places such as Adams Street Publishing Company as a reporter and Upbeet and Kaleing It, where I wrote blog posts, managed ads and SEO for the vegan blog.

I am a born-and-raised Ohioan, but am excited to expand my horizons and take on new opportunities.
